I am going to be shooting a wedding for free next year! Whoot whoot–the travel (if applicable), shooting and online posting will be on my own dime and time. Here are the rules:
1. Couples must be getting married sometime in 2010 and have a set date and location
2. You must send me your story about why you deserve for me to shoot your wedding for free along with a recent photo of you and your fiancee
3. The contest closes on December 15th 2009 and the winner will be announced on December 31st 2009
4. Email your story and photo to: FOLA@FOLAADEWOLE.COM with the heading “Why we deserve to win”
5. The competition is restricted to the United States only.
There are no strings attached–you won’t be charged tax, forced to buy anything you don’t want to, or anything stinky. This is solely an opportunity for us to share with a deserving couple something that we hope they will treasure. Feel free to send this entry to your deserving friends–We hope to find one really special couple to do this for.

At a recent wedding in Oxford, England, I second shot for Laku Davies (a divalicious photographer based in South London), I blew off the Alakija photo walk for this wedding and it was so worth it because I got to photograph the bride’s shoes in so many different ways.
